We Rebuilt Our Service Department From The Ground Up

The "New" Woodstock Chrysler Service & Parts Department

Following our 2019 ownership change, we immediately got to work on refining our sales process, and more importantly, rebuilding our service and parts departments - from the ground up, with a relentless focus on exceptional customer service and creating a memorable customer experience across all departments.

 

Fast forward to today and we’re just 8 months away from our 5th anniversary of the “New Woodstock Chrysler”, which I’m proud to say is now firing on all cylinders, resulting in a more efficient, pleasurable, and transparent experience for all our service customers.

 

With that said, here’s a brief overview of some of the changes we’ve made, and what you can expect when you visit us next.

Finding the right person to implement, execute, and oversee our vision was perhaps the most crucial piece of the puzzle. Although it took some time, the stars eventually aligned and last August we welcomed Alex Cubbidge to the team as our new Service & Parts Manager, and haven’t looked back since!

 

With 20+ years of Chrysler experience, most spent as Fixed Operations Manager at his previous store in a big city east of Woodstock, Alex hit the ground running, immediately addressing the most pressing concerns we were facing, including staffing, training, and communication.

 

In just a few short months, the changes are evident through pleased to have the following members on our Service Team as well:

 

  • 2 Certified Master Technicians (50+ years combined Chrysler experience)
  • Full-Time Lube Technician
  • 2 friendly and knowledgeable Service Advisors
  • Full-Time Shuttle Driver
